We have modern machinery:

We have air-jet looms, gripper looms, and rapier loom for weaving the wide variety of fabrics we manufacture. This is how we select the best technology of fabric/ weft insertion, according to the characteristics of each item.

Dyeing and finishing process

In our dry cleaning, printing and finishing plant we carry out yarn dyeing and bleaching as well as fabric mercerizing, dyeing, and printing, among other finishes for fabrics made of 100% cotton and polyester-cotton.
Also, in our garment dry cleaning and laundry area we processed dyed and / or washed garments to obtain different finishes.
Note that this wide range of processes is done with suitable equipment from first-tier suppliers and with chemicals inputs and dyes from renowned international houses, under the OEKOTEX100 certification.

After the garment design approval, we start producing at industrial level. First, the cutting process. In this stage, the fabric is cut into pieces after spreading, cutting, and quality checking the fabric. The pieces are sawn together in the sewing process.

Total quality

After cutting, the pieces of the garment are sent to the sewing process where they will be assembled together by highly qualified staff.

Our manufacturing system has sewing modules with in-process inventories of less than five hours and an information support capable of doing real-time monitoring of the evolution and productivity of the production.

In the final stage, the garments are steam-pressed to remove wrinkles and achieve the desired appearance.

Folding and packing of finished products

We follow our customer specifications for folding the garments and, if appropriate, we can place accessories or pack the items ready for release.

Quality Control

At the end of the manufacturing process, we inspect the items before their dispatch. The inspection ensures the quality of the packed products that are ready for to be sent to our customers.

Creditex, an impeccable manufacturing process.
